TAKING THE THORNS OUT OF STORYTELLING
For the past 15 years, Fred Rose has helped organizations tell their story and build the relationships and programs that bring it to life.
Most recently, as Director of External Relations for a national energy infrastructure company, Fred led an industry engagement program that produced 100+ brand activations a year, managed a substantial budget, and guided community partnerships and corporate philanthropy.
He also led a cross-functional team that created VIP experiences for utility executives and industry leaders, grew the company's signature customer and prospect event 15x, and scaled its internal leadership conference from a 20-person roundtable to 100+ attendees.
Fred's career began at the American Red Cross in Norfolk, VA, and has spanned a Fortune 500 company, a national real estate firm, a large hospitality and entertainment district, and a digital creative agency. Across all of these experiences, his work comes back to one idea: clear stories, told to the right people, that move organizations and ideas forward.
Outside of work, Fred stays active in his community through volunteering and serving in leadership roles with a number of civic groups and nonprofit organizations.
